EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back because of faulty item(s) or wrong sizing, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange and return.
Shipping is complimentary on all exchanges; and you need to bear the shipping cost to us. However, we will bear the shipping cost when we send back to you (only for the first time of exchange).
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Important thing to note is that we will not entertain any exchange / refund at the boutique if you order online.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE
Simply email or call us and send your item(s) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please follow the steps below to return your purchase.
- Email us at email@example.com and state the reason(s) why you need to return.
- Make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached.
- Once you send back your item(s), we assume you agreed our T&C and our Return Policy.

RECEIVING A REFUND
- Refunds will be in store credit form ONLY.
- The refunded amount will be for the price of the item(s) only. Original delivery and handling fees are non-refundable.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your ALHUMAIRA account.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of ALHUMAIRA. However, 10% of the item(s) price will be charged if it is returned to us for more that 7 days after receiving it. Under the rare occasion that the customer failed to return the item within the stipulated time, a valid reason must be provided.
Hijab / Clothing
Please take care trying on items as all products must be returned in a new and unused condition with all ALHUMAIRA tags still attached.
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on ALHUMAIRA's website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate.
During our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
